Dagmar Wilhelm has been with the company since 1988 and has more than three decades of experience in international trading and operations. As Head of the Agro Commodities Operations Department, she is responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day operations and contributes her extensive expertise to the company’s ongoing development.

Her career began in the steel trading industry, where she gained in-depth knowledge of trading and operations through 2025. Over the course of her career, she has taken on a wide range of responsibilities in various business units, in diverse international warehouse operations, and in the operational management of the former subsidiary VAIT U.S.

A particular focus of her work was the successful implementation of a company-wide ERP system, as well as the optimization of internal processes to sustainably increase efficiency and quality.
