Your skills
When many things happen at once, you keep a clear overview and ensure everything works together smoothly. At VAIT, you manage the execution of our international agricultural machinery business and ensure that contracts, deliveries, and payments are well aligned. In doing so, you work closely with internal departments as well as international subsidiaries and partners.
- Completed commercial education (HAK, FH, or university).
- Initial relevant experience in order processing, operations, finance, or supply chain.
- Strong Excel skills and affinity for ERP systems.
- Good English skills (B2).
- Structured, detail-oriented working style and strong sense of responsibility.
- You bring initial practical experience, work independently, and gradually expand your area of responsibility.
Your tasks
- Independently manage purchasing and sales processes in an international environment.
- Review and implement contracts in coordination with Finance, Controlling, and Legal.
- Oversee invoicing, payment flows, and receivables management.
- Maintain and continuously monitor inventory and reservation data.
- Coordinate with international subsidiaries, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Identify and resolve challenges in day-to-day operations.

Gross annual salary starting from €45,000 (on a full-time basis), plus variable bonus payments depending on target achievement.
