- At least 3 years of experience in controlling, finance, or a trading-related environment.
- Strong hands-on mentality with a true can-do mindset.
- Excellent English skills (C1) in an international environment.

Your tasks
- You act as a Finance sparring partner for Trading & Logistics and support the business in key decision-making.
- You analyze markets, partners, and risks and derive clear, actionable recommendations.
- You manage profit center performance, forecasts, and budgets, creating transparency on growth and profitability.
- You develop business cases and investment analyses and provide data-driven decision support for management.
- You actively drive the development of finance processes, systems, and reporting (ERP / BI / Digital Finance).
- You develop and manage ESG metrics within controlling.

- Gross annual salary starting from EUR 75,000 (full-time). The compensation package includes a fixed salary component and a performance-based variable bonus.
