Your skills
Your Role and Development: You will take on responsibility for legal matters from the very beginning and gradually develop into a key contact person for the business. You will work closely with an experienced Senior Legal Counsel and continuously build your legal and business expertise.
- Completed degree in law (Austria or a comparable international qualification).
- Relevant professional experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
- Interest in actively shaping legal topics in a business context.
Your tasks
- Drafting and negotiating contracts in an international trading environment (including Incoterms).
- Assessing legal risks and developing pragmatic solutions.
- Providing legal advice to management, departments, and international units.
- Cooperating with external law firms and supporting dispute cases.
- Contributing to compliance, ESG, and KYC topics as well as corporate law matters.
- Ability to independently structure and handle a variety of legal issues in a solution-oriented way.

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 40,000 (on a part-time basis), plus variable bonus payments depending on target achievement.
